Who we are
Suggested text: Our website address is: https://vanspeyk.marketingproductie.nl.
Comments
Suggested text: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Suggested text: When uploading images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to have your name, e-mail address and website stored in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your details if you leave another comment. These cookies last for one year.
When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you login, we also set several cookies to store your login details and screen choices. Log-in cookies are stored for two days and screen options cookies are stored for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be stored for a fortnight. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
When you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and only displays the post-ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and track your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset e-mail.
How long we keep your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and metadata will be saved indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of putting them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if applicable), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights you have to your data
Suggested text: If you have an account on this site or if you have left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete your personal data. This does not apply to data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where your data will be sent
Suggested text: Comments from visitors may be monitored by an automated spam detection service.
