All Van Speyk watches come with a 3-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects that become apparent within this period. Defects resulting from improper use/handling or unauthorized opening and/or repair by third parties are excluded.

Can I return my Van Speyk watch after purchase?2023-12-27T22:40:52+02:00

You can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt, after which you have 14 days to physically return the order to us. This means you have 14 + 14 = 28 days to return an order. After receipt and inspection, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
The Dutch Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code apply to the purchase agreement.

We ship worldwide with DPD (Netherlands and Europe), PostNL (Netherlands and Europe), and FedEx (worldwide). All Van Speyk watches are shipped registered and insured. After ordering and shipping, the customer receives the tracking number. We ship worldwide completely free of charge (excluding possible import duties and VAT for shipments to countries outside the EU).

We deliver all Van Speyk watches within the EU, including 21% VAT to consumers. We can deliver VAT-free to companies registered within the EU with a valid VAT number. We ship completely VAT-free (without 21% VAT) outside the EU.

Every Van Speyk watch can be ordered via our website. You can also place an order by email, after which we will process the order manually. You can pay with iDeal, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and various other payment methods.

We have virtually every model assembled in stock. Before shipping, the watch is thoroughly tested and checked. If a model is not assembled in stock, we can assemble it within 24 hours and then ship it after successful testing.

Our Van Speyk watches are water resistant to 5 ATM. This means that they are resistant to water droplets (rain, washing hands, etc.), but are not suitable for use while showering, swimming, snorkeling, diving, etc.
